Dear Lonely, This is a very common problem and there are solutions if your wife is willing to listen. It seems men have a wonderful way of letting go of all the chores that need to be done or the worries that they may be thinking in order to have sex. I wish women could do this more easily. Women seem to see everything that needs to be done in the home accept their husbands. When I see a couple with this issue, I like to work with the woman separately in order to teach her to let go of the stressors and live in the moment. I also recommed that the couple stop doing things around the house early in the evening so that there is time for each other. Make sure you participate in taking care of your home.
